We have replaced the gold nuggets (gold colored stones) with a more traditional method of keeping track of your wealth. The feedback we received from our customers to-date was that the nuggets were neat but not practical. The cardboard discs with a picture of a bag of gold that have white, red and blue borders are now used as the currency. The disc with a white border represents 1 gold, the red border represents 5 gold and the blue-bordered disc represents 10 gold.
